Pasta Dough

Place flour and egg in a bowl, blend well, and add small amounts of water as needed to make a smooth, elastic dough.

1¼ cups of flour
1 egg
½ tsp of salt
Water as needed. Start with 2 tbs and adjust small amounts of water or flour until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Roll out and cut the dough with a rolling pin or pasta rolling machine.
